Match you with Experts and manage session bookings

4. Session Recordings & AI Summaries

Private sessions may be recorded and summarized using AI to:

Protect both the Member and the Expert
Maintain session continuity if follow-up is needed
Support clarity in the rare event of a dispute or concern

Recordings are stored securely and are never shared publicly. If you would prefer not to have a session recorded, please notify us in advance.

5. Feedback & Ratings

Members have the opportunity to rate their sessions with Experts. These ratings are collected to support ongoing quality and accountability. Feedback is used internally only and is not shared publicly.

Expert ratings may inform visibility, platform participation, or intervention if support is needed. One-off low scores will always be reviewed with context and care.

6. Data Storage & Protection

All information is stored using secure platforms (e.g., The VIP Hub, Stripe, Wise). We follow industry best practices to protect your information and do not sell or rent your data.

7. Sharing Your Information

We only share your data with:

Trusted third-party platforms we use to deliver services (e.g., payment processors, scheduling tools)
Legal authorities, if required by law
Our internal team for business operations and support

Your personal data is never shared with other Members or Experts unless you explicitly choose to share it (such as in a testimonial or community space).
